Charges are pending against the suspect in a Sunday night shooting in Urbana. Police say Walter Ray was arrested in Springfield, four hours after he allegedly shot the unnamed victim inside a South Walnut Street home during a fight. The victim is hospitalized in stable condition. No word on a motive.
