Former Cuyahoga County Commissioner and former county Democratic Party chair Jimmy Dimora is asking a federal judge to dismiss his public corruption conviction.  Dimora says the conviction was based on a definition of what is considered an "official act" that has been rejected by the U.S. Supreme Court.
