Ohio Governor John Kasich says President Trump needs to stabilize his White House staffing issues in order to move his agenda forward.

Kasich appeared on CNN Sunday, two days after the departure of White House chief strategist Steve Bannon. Several top aides have left the White House since Trump took office in January.
