Authorities ID Logan County Boy Killed In Lawn Mower Accident

Logan County Sheriff's deputies have identified the 18-month-old boy crushed to death between a lawn mower and a pickup truck on Sunday. Investigators say Elias Dickinson of Rushylvania was trapped while his father was trying to jump-start the mower.
