Police Investigating Local Boy's Death From Apparent Self-Inflicted Gunshot

Franklin County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the death of a 3-year-old Madison Township boy who apparently shot himself at a home Sunday morning. Police say the boy's father told officers he keeps a loaded gun in the kitchen, and he was awakened by the fatal gunshot. Police haven't identified the boy or his parents.
