Champaign County Crash Claims Two Lives

Champaign County Sheriff's deputies say two men were killed Saturday in a head-on collision on U.S. Route 68 in Urbana Township. The victims are identified as 32-year-old Joseph Brandyberry and 33-year-old Todd Bayless. Deputies say Brandyberry crossed the center line and struck a pickup truck, then collided head-on with a minivan driven by Bayless. The minivan was then hit by a fourth vehicle. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
