Man Found In Vehicle Submerged In Hilliard Pond

Hilliard police are investigating Thursday's discovery of man inside of a vehicle submerged in a pond. Police say 70-year-old Robert Daugherty of Columbus was found at the pond near Allisons Way and Kathyrn Way. He died later at a local hospital. No other information has been released.
