Convicted Killer Of OSU Student Seeks To Have Death Penalty Specifications Dismissed

Grove City Police

The man accused of killing Ohio State University student Reagan Tokes is asking a judge to dismiss death penalty specifications against him. Attorneys for Brian Golsby say prosecutors are biased toward putting African-American offenders on death row. Republican Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien denies the claim.  Golsby also wants the judge to dismiss GPS monitoring data, claiming it was improperly obtained.
