A Pickaway County man has been arrested after allegedly holding sheriff's deputies at-bay following a domestic dispute on Sunday.
Deputies say 56-year-old Homer Park beat a woman at a home on Strawser Street in Scioto Township, then barricaded himself and the victim inside for several hours. The victim is hospitalized in serious condition.
