A Bloom-Carroll High School student was killed and another treated for injuries after a crash in Fairfield County Friday night.
The Ohio Highway Patrol says 15-year-old Leah Jackson was a passenger in the car who died after the driver went off of Plum Road near Havensport Road and hit a tree. The driver, a 16-year-old female student, is being treated at an area hospital. An investigation continues.
