The former London City Auditor has pleaded guilty to theft in office charges.
Sentencing is scheduled June 7 for 30-year-old Nicholas Szabo, who resigned last December when the charges came to light. Prosecutors say the Republican Szabo failed to pay to reimburse the city 3 thousand dollars for his health benefits and gave an unauthorized pay raise to a clerk.
