The Ohio Highway Patrol says alcohol is a suspected factor in Friday night's fatal crash in Delaware County.
Troopers say 37-year-old motorist David Carper was killed when he went left-of-center on U.S. Route 42 near Harris Road and struck a pickup truck. The driver of the pickup is hospitalized in Columbus in stable condition.
