Columbus Library Branches Now Safe Places For Homeless Youth

The Columbus Metropolitan Library has designated all of its 23 branches a 'Safe Place', as part of a partnership with Huckleberry House to connect homeless youth to services.

An estimated two-thousand young people in Columbus are homeless. The house is the only youth shelter in Columbus. There are now 115 'Safe Place' sites in the city.
