A Delaware County jail guard is scheduled to appear in court today on charges of sexually abusing a student while volunteering as an instructor at the Delaware Area Career Center.
Prosecutors say 31-year-old Eric Jaynes has been indicted on charges of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, sexual battery and other crimes for the alleged offenses between January and May. Specifics of the alleged offenses have not been released.
