Officials with Columbus Humane Tuesday removed more than 600 exotic birds from a Clintonville home after receciving complaints about living conditions and animal neglect.
No charges have been filed against the owner of the Chase Road home, whom agents identify as Susan Stieve. She's a member of a national bird showing organization and works at Ohio State University.
