Franklin County Sheriff's deputies have released the identity of the man shot and killed at a Franklin Township apartment Sunday night.
Deputies say 20-year-old Ali Aliyow was killed following an argument at the complex on Knob Hill Court. 23-year-old Daquan Lee is due to appear in court today on a murder charge.
