Columbus police have charged a preschool teacher with 21 counts of child endangering.
Police say 30-year-old Chavay Williams encouraged young children to fight at Playtime Preschoolon Alum Creek Drive and posted a video online in June. The video shows children crying and trying to escape a fenced-in playground. Williams was fired after authorities learned of the video. She told detectives she wanted to show parents how their children acted. Arraignment is scheduled for October 23.
