For the second time this year, a silo has collapsed in New Carlise.

Firefighters say it happened Thursday at Miami Valley Feed and Grain.  No word on a cause. A silo holding ten-thousand tons of corn collapsed at the business in January, closing State Route 571 for several days.  This silo reportedly held manure.
