Judge Rejects Dimora's Appeal Of His Corruption Conviction

A federal judge has rejected the appeal of former Cuyahoga County Commissioner and county Democratic Party Chair Jimmy Dimora. 

The judge says his corruption conviction will stand, rejecting Dimora's request to vacate his 28-year sentence.  Dimora has been in prison since 2012 for bribery and other charges.
