Five Cincinnati City Council members will likely face a grand jury.
Subpoenas have been or will be served to Tamaya Dennard, P.G. Sittenfeld, Wendell Young, Chris Seelbach and Greg Landsman. The group is accused of illegally discussing city business in a series of text messages.
