Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles records show the driver who caused a crash that killed three people on I-71 Sunday was never issued a driver's license.
31-year-old Corey Johnson has 18 convictions for driving without a license, He also was charged in the past with leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Police say Johnson caused a four-vehicle crash that also sent five people to area hospitals. Johnson and a passenger are currently hospitalized. Police believe Johnson was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
