The Mayor of the southwest Ohio town of Maineville was killed last night in a traffic accident.
The Ohio Highway Patrol says 82-year-old William Shearer was riding his lawn mower on Foster-Maineville Road when he was hit by a pickup truck. There's no word yet on the cause of the crash.
