One of the two drivers who struck and killed a Sherwood Middle School student last month will not be charged.
Police say the driver had the right of way and wasn’t operating recklessly or negligently. Elizabeth Robertson-Rutland was stuck on McNaughten Road while trying to catch her school bus. The second driver remains at-large.
