The Franklinton and Livingston Columbus Metropolitan Library branches reopen this week after closing in October for renovations.
Both locations open with normal hours on Tuesday. The renovations include dedicated spaces in the children's area to familiarize preschoolers and their parents with a kindergarten classroom. The Livingston library will also be renamed Barnett branch. Library officials say it's intended to more easily differentiate from the Driving Park branch also located on Livingston Avenue.
