Former Dayton Employee Pleads Guilty To Bribery Charge

Sentencing is pending for a former Dayton city employee on public corruption charges. 

RoShawn Winburn has pleaded guilty to a bribery charge.  Winburn admitted to soliciting 65 hundred dollars in bribes in exchange for giving information to a business owner who wanted city contracts. Five others have been charged, including former State Representative Clayton Luckie, and former Dayton City Commissioner Joey Williams.
