A Canton police officer has resigned after posting a racially-charged photo on social media.
The photo shows officer Andrew Russ in tactical gear, captioned with lyrics from a 50 Cent song referencing a shooting and using a racial slur. The police chief suspended Russ, who resigned Wednesday.
