A popular law put in place to help bars and restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic has now been made permanent, thanks to a Tuesday signature by Governor Mike DeWine.

Establishments were ordered to close earlier this year, but lawmakers approved a measure allowing for alcoholic beverages to be sold to-go with meals. Carryout customers can order a maximum of three drinks with a food order.  The drinks must be sealed and consumed off site.
