Lawmakers To Consider Banning Traffic Cameras

The Ohio House will soon open debate on a bill that would ban traffic enforcement cameras statewide. The bill is sponsored by Cincinnati area lawmakers who have watched the uproar over the cameras' use in Elmwood Place. A judge last week blocked the use of cameras in the village, claiming alleged violators aren't getting due process.
