Columbus police say one of two suspects in the shooting of a woman on a COTA bus last month has turned himself in. Police say 19-year-old Anthony Saunders III fired the shot that wounded 39-year-old Amy Develvis at North Fourth Street and East Eighth Avenue. 22-year-old Keniece Wyche is charged with tampering with evidence and remains at-large.
