Jurors in the new trial of a man convicted in the drowning deaths of his 3-year-old stepson and the boy's 2-year-old brother during a 2011 camping trip along the Muskingum River have found him not guilty.

Forty-year-old Richard Klein Junior was released from custody this morning. An appeals court ordered separate trials for Klein and his 27-year-old wife Kasey. Both were convicted last year in the deaths of 2-year-old Anthony Tullius and and 3-year-old Ayden Cecil. Kasey Klein's retrial is scheduled for June 25th.
