Klein Retrial Underway

A new trial is underway for a man convicted in the drowning deaths of his 3-year-old stepson and the boy's 2-year-old brother during a camping trip along the Muskingum River. Attorneys for 40-year-old Richard Klein Junior say he will testify in his own defense. An appeals court ordered separate trials for Klein and his 27-year-old wife Kasey. Her retrial is scheduled for later this month. Both were convicted last year in the deaths of 2-year-old Anthony Tullius and and 3-year-old Ayden Cecil.
