COTA Blames Ridership Decline In Part On OSU

Fewer people are riding Central Ohio Transit Authority buses. COTA officials say ridership is down more than two-percent this year, after recording their biggest dropoff ever in May. Officials say Ohio State University's change from quarters to semesters this year is partially to blame.
