Police Arrest Third Suspect In Clerk's Slaying

A third teen has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a convenience store clerk last month in Driving Park. Bond was set yesterday at 400-thousand dollars for 18-year-old Darrell Durham after he pleaded not guilty to murder and robbery charges. Authorities have already charged 17-year-old Devonere Simmonds and 18-year-old Nathaniel Brunner with the murder of 34-year-old clerk Imran Ashgar. The two are also charged in the slaying of a teen shot a few hours after Ashgar was killed.
