Two of the three people convicted of killing a Canton woman by setting her on fire and dumping her on a rural Muskingum County road have been sentenced to prison time. A judge sentenced LaFonse Dixon to life in prison without parole yesterday, and sentenced Monica Washington to 5-years to life. A third person who admitted to the death of Celeste Fronsman will be sentenced tomorrow. Prosecutors say Dixon believed Fronsman informed authorities that he dealt drugs.
