Bonds Set In Case Of Slain Canton Woman

A Muskingum County judge today set bond for three people charged with killing a Canton woman found raped and severely burned with a rope around her neck east of Zanseville.The judge set bond at 500-thousand dollars each for 24-year-old Katrina Culberson 20-year-old Monica Washington and 43-year-old LaFonse Dixon. They are charged in the August death of 29-year-old Celeste Fronsman. A motive has not been released.
