Judge Orders Repairs Of Local Apartment Complex

A judge has given the owners of a dilapidated apartment complex on the North side until the end of the year to repair several problems uncovered by Columbus code inspectors.Earlier this year, the city declared the 40-year-old Summit Park Apartments near Morse Road unsafe, and ordered the mostly immigrant residents to move out. Franklin County Environmental Court Judge Dan Hawkins plans to hold a hearing in late January to see if the owners have repaired the problems.
