Dozens of residents of a North side apartment complex are being forced to move because of unsafe conditions. Columbus code enforcement officers say the Summit Park Apartments are falling apart, and repairs aren't being made fast enough. A neighborhood group is helping the mostly immigrant residents find new homes.
