Back in 2008, the G-M Moraine plant was shuttered, leaving many Dayton area residents without the good manufacturing jobs that many of the employees had held for years. But there’s good news. As Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports, a Chinese manufacturer that makes glass products for automobiles has signed an agreement to acquire that plant and create jobs there.
