Columbus Zoo Levy Might Be On 2015 Ballot

Columbus Zoo officials say they may place a renewal issue on the ballot next year, after voters overwhelmingly reject a permanent tax increase earlier this month. The zoo's board members say there are no current plans to put a measure on the ballot this November. The board plans to examine why the levy failed before deciding the next step in its funding efforts.
