Trial Of Hospital Shuttle Driver Underway

Trial continues today for a 62-year-old shuttle bus driver who allegedly struck and killed a man outside Children's Hospital in Columbus last year. Prosecutors say Karl Beem was not paying attention when he struck and killed 35-year-old hospital official David Newsom. Another man was hit and injured.
