Plans to track Central Ohio Transit Authority buses online are on hold again. COTA officials say the nearly eight-million-dollar system to provide real-time information on routes doesn't work, after several launch attempts this year failed. COTA is considering taking action against the contractor hired five years ago to provide the system.
