The Columbus Police Firearms Review Board says seven officers acted within division policy during a Clintonville shootout in May of last year that killed two people. Police officials say the confrontation occurred when the officers tried to pull over an SUV with a homicide suspect inside. Someone inside the SUV began firing at officers. By the time the SUV crashed into the parking lot of a fire station, seven officers had fired nearly 200 times. Killed were murder suspect Emmanuel Gatewood and his girlfriend, Kourtney Hahn. A Franklin County grand jury declined to indict officers Ty Stoneking, Daniel Wolf, Andrew Ross, Kyle Andrews, David Salsgiver, Patrick Daugherty and Craig Haller.
