P&G Backs Same-Sex Marriage

Cincinnati-based Procter & Gamble says it supports same-sex marriage. P&G executives say their stance is part of their ongoing policy of offering a welcoming work environment and attracting top talent. The company says it has supported its LGBT workers for the last 20 years.
