Columbus A Finalist To Host 2016 Democratic Convention

Columbus, Philadelphia, and New York are the three finalists to host the 2016 Democratic National Convention. Party officials view Columbus' geography and location in a bellwether state as strengths, while its lack of a subway system is a drawback. Party leaders are expected to select the winning city in December or early January. Republicans have picked Cleveland to host their convention.
