NCAA Reinstates Miller's Eligibility

Ohio State University says quarterback Braxton Miller committed a minor violation of NCAA rules but will not be penalized for posting a picture of himself on social media with health care and nutritional products in March. The NCAA reinstated Miller's eligibility without any conditions.
