Columbus Firefighter Charged With Sexually Abusing Juvenile Female Relative

Bond is set at 60 thousand dollars for a veteran Columbus firefighter charged with sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl nearly 11 years ago.  Delaware County prosecutors say 51-year-old Timothy Durbin assaulted the relative of his now-ex-wife in 2003 and 2004. The girl reported the alleged crimes last September. Durbin denies the charges. He is being placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the case.
