Columbus Firefighter Loses Attempt To Get Job Back

A Columbus firefighter who was terminated for having sex with a teen girl at his firehouse will not get his job back.  The Columbus Civil Service Commission has upheld the firing of 49-year-old Marc Cain on charges of dishonesty, insubordination and engaging in bad behavior while on duty. The commission rejected his argument that he was caught up in a larger sexualized culture in Columbus firehouses.
