Bond Set For Suspect In Murder Of Pizza Delivery Driver

Bond is set at 4 million dollars for the third person charged in the fatal shooting of a pizza delivery driver in July.  20-year-old Latrell Richey is charged with with aggravated murder in the death of James Flannery. Also charged are 18 year old Sir Jeffrey Scott Carroll Junior and a 13-year-old Jalen Hughes. Police say the trio lured the victim to a vacant home to rob  him.
