Teen Charged In Pizza Delivery Driver Slaying

Columbus police have identified a second suspect in the July 30th shooting death of a pizza delivery driver. 13-year-old Jalen Hughes faces delinquency murder and robbery counts in the death of 59-year-old James Flannery. Bond was set yestday at 2 million dollars for the other suspect, 18-year-old Sir Jeffrey Scott Carroll Junior. Police say the two lured Flannery to vacant a home to rob him.
