Columbus police have arrested a Hilltop man in connection with a shooting death during a home invasion last June. Police filed charges against 29-year-old Joseph Kibby last week. He allegedly killed 30-year-old Lee Bussey at the victim's North Warren Avenue home. Kibby is one of two people who police say broke into the home and assaulted five occupants.
